                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 519-522
                   WINTERVIEW LANE, BEING ON THE SOUTHWEST,
                   NORTHWEST, AND SOUTHEAST LINES OF WINTERVIEW
                   LANE SOUTHEAST OF SOUTH SCENIC HIGHWAY, FROM
                   TEMPORARY R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE T0 R-3
                   RESIDENTIAL ZONE.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
        
                A tract of land located at 519-522 Winterview Lane,
                being on the southwest, northwest, and southeast
                lines of Winterview Lane southeast of South Scenic
                Highway.  Lots 1-7, Lookout Terrace, as shown by
                plat of record in plat book 34, page 60, ROHC;
                being the Winterview Condominiums annexation area
                as described in Chattanooga City Ordinance No.
                10343.  Tax Map No. 167A-J-2, 167A-J-2.6C1-2.6C6,
                167A-J-7C1-7C12, and 167A-J-8C1-8C3.
               
         from Temporary R-1 Residential Zone to R-3 Residential Zone.

              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
